When exactly will my GlowMas arrive?
Your kit leaves the warehouse within 1 to 3 working days and reaches you 14 to 20 days after ordering, depending on your country. The moment it ships we email you a tracking link. Order by 4 December to be sure it is up before Christmas Eve.

Paste your tracking number on our order tracking page. If the tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, message us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Yes, as long as the parcel has not shipped. Email us within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and we will amend or cancel it free of charge.
How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide and already included in the price you see. Import duties, where they apply, depend on your country's rules and are not included — most customers are never charged anything extra.

What is GlowMas exactly?
What is GlowMas exactly?
A transparent smart film that goes onto the outside of your window. Switched off it is invisible. Switched on it turns the whole pane into a living scene — falling snow, a crackling fire, a decorated tree — driven from an app on your phone.
How do I fit it?
How do I fit it?
Measure your pane and trim the film to size, spray the outside of the glass, then smooth the film on with the squeegee from the centre outwards. Clip on the control receiver, plug in the adapter and pair it in the app. Around 20 to 30 minutes for your first window — like a phone screen protector, only bigger.

Yes. Next to the built-in library you can upload your own picture from your phone and put it on the glass.
Does it fit any window?

One kit covers one window. The film is trimmed down to your exact pane, so it works on most flat glass. Measure before you cut, and for very large bay windows most customers use two kits.

Yes. Switched off the film is clear and the window looks completely normal. Privacy mode turns it opaque on demand, and the scenes show at night.
Is it safe to run every evening?

Yes. It runs on low voltage, stays cool and completely silent, and the app can switch it off automatically at bedtime.
Can I use it outside Christmas?

That is the point. Halloween, birthdays, New Year's Eve, or a warm ambient glow on an ordinary evening.

Send us a photo or a short video within 30 days of delivery. We ship a replacement at our cost, or refund you in full. You choose.

Message us first so we can give you the right return address. Once your return is on its way we refund within 5 working days of it arriving.

It happens. Message us with a photo of your window and the offcut and we will work out the best fix with you — in most cases we send a replacement sheet.
