Where is my GlowMas?

Paste the tracking number from your shipping email below. Tracking usually starts updating 3 to 5 days after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

What happens after you order

    Day 0 — order placed

    You get an order confirmation by email straight away.

    Day 1–3 — dispatched

    Your kit is packed and handed to the carrier. Tracking link emailed.

  • flight_takeoff

    Day 4–9 — in transit

    The parcel is on its way. Scans can be quiet for a few days — that is normal.

  • redeem

    Day 14–20 — at your door

    Delivered. If day 20 passes with no parcel, message us and we sort it out.

    Tracking stuck? We'll chase it for you.

    If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 days, send us your order number and we will open a case with the carrier ourselves.
