Where we ship
Glowmas ships worldwide. Shipping is free on every order and already included in the price you see — there is no shipping charge added at checkout.
How long it takes
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then takes 14 to 20 days from the day you order, depending on your country and on customs processing.
To be sure your GlowMas is up before Christmas Eve, order by 4 December. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we cannot guarantee it.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking link. Tracking usually starts updating 3 to 5 days after dispatch, and it is normal for scans to go quiet for several days while a parcel is in international transit.
If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, contact us at glowmas7@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier ourselves.
If your parcel does not arrive
If 30 days pass from the date of your order and your parcel has not been delivered, contact us. We will either send a replacement at our cost or refund you in full — your choice.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it free of charge. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change its destination, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at your cost.
Customs and import duties
Shipping is free, but import duties and local taxes are set by your own country and are not included in the price. Most customers are never charged anything extra. Where duties do apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties is treated as a cancellation after dispatch, and the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
