1. Who we are

This website is operated by Glowmas. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Glowmas. By visiting this site or buying from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if we detect fraud, or if a price has been listed in error — and in that case we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include free shipping. Import duties and local taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout; we never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery times, tracking and lost-parcel handling are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Returns and withdrawal

Your return rights, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers, are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Using the product

GlowMas is a decorative smart window film for domestic use. Follow the installation manual supplied with the kit. Do not install it on cracked or damaged glass, do not use the kit outdoors on unprotected electrical connections, and keep the control receiver and adapter dry. We are not liable for damage caused by installation that does not follow the manual, or by use outside the product's intended purpose.

7. Product images and descriptions

We do our best to describe our products accurately. Screen colours, window sizes and ambient lighting vary, so the scenes shown on this site are illustrative and the result on your own window may differ in brightness and framing.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Glowmas or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, nor our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Before going to court you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.
